General Terms

• Company GST Certificate, Registered Rent Agreement and your ID proof (PAN, Driving License, Passport or Aadhar) on sales@officefurnrent.in. Order will be processed only post submission of all necessary documents.
• Six Month Rent would be payable as Security Deposit which is fully refundable at the end of the tenure after successful return of products without damage.
• You can upgrade to a higher tenure package anytime. However downgrading to a lower tenure package is not available. Under circumstances, if you return the products before the minimum tenure, you would be charged rental for the entire tenure.
• The monthly rental needs to be paid within 5 days of receiving monthly payment Invoice. In case of delay, an interest of 18% per month would be applicable on due amount.
